3 of 5 founding spots open
Every web designer says "contact us for a quote." Here's mine.
Hand-coded websites, built in Sydney by the person who answers your emails. Pick what you need below and see the real number — before you talk to anyone.
- No templates, no page builders
- You own every file
- Fixed price, fixed scope
That's the whole list. 50% deposit to start, balance on launch. Anything outside the agreed scope gets quoted before it's built — never after.
Build your quote
Two questions. Real number.
Nothing here is a commitment — it's the same figure I'd give you on the phone, minus the phone call.
Nothing selected yet.

Your details
That's through. Thanks.
Your estimate and brief have landed in my inbox. You'll have a written quote back within 12 hours — usually a lot sooner.
Nothing else to do. If it's urgent, reply straight to the confirmation email and it'll come to me.

How it runs
Four steps, five days
For the one-page tier. Bigger builds follow the same shape over a longer runway.
You send the brief
The form above. I reply within 12 hours with a fixed price and exactly what's in it — in writing, before you've paid a cent.
Deposit and content
50% to lock your slot. You send copy, images and logo. If you're missing pieces, I'll tell you what's essential and what can wait.
I build it
You get a live preview link partway through, not at the end. One round of revisions is included and it's a real round, not a token one.
Live, and yours
Balance due, site goes live, accounts transferred into your name. Nothing stays on my account.
Why bother with me
Three things bigger studios can't offer
You talk to the developer
No account manager relaying messages to someone offshore. The person quoting you is the person writing your code and the person who picks up when something breaks.
Under 12 hours, every time
It's the thing clients mention most and the thing agencies are worst at. You'll never wonder whether your email got read.
Nothing to unpick later
No licences renewing, no page builder locking your content in, no theme going unsupported. It's your code, in plain files, forever.
Fine print
The questions everyone asks
Is the founding rate real, or is it always on?
Real, and it ends. Five clients at $490, then the one-page tier goes back to $890 and stays there. The counter at the top of this page is the actual number left — when it hits zero this section comes down.
What if I don't have any content or photos?
Common, and not a problem. Add the copywriting option and I'll write the page from a short conversation about your business. For images I'll point you at licensed stock that doesn't look like stock, or tell you the three photos worth taking on your phone.
What does "fixed scope" actually mean?
The quote lists what's being built. You get one round of revisions on it. If you decide midway that you want a booking system or three more pages, that's fine — I quote it separately and you decide before I build it. You'll never get a surprise invoice.
Do I have to take the care plan?
No. It's optional and you can start or stop it whenever. Plenty of clients handle their own hosting after handover — everything's set up in your name so you can. The plan exists for people who'd rather it just be handled.
Who owns the site when it's done?
You do, completely. Domain, hosting account, source code, all registered to you and handed over at launch. That's worth checking with anyone you hire — a lot of "cheap" builds keep you renting your own website.
How do payments work?
50% deposit to start, balance on launch day before the site goes live. Bank transfer or card. Invoices issued for both.
What if the estimate above is wrong for my job?
Then I'll tell you. The builder covers the common cases; if your project needs something different I'll quote it properly rather than squeeze it into a tier that doesn't fit.
Still cheaper than the wrong website
Send the brief. Written quote back within 12 hours, no call required, and a straight answer if I'm not the right fit.
